History

Rerum has been a company engaged in the technological market since April 1995with a strategic mission of turning emerging technologies into competitive advantages for its clients.

Headquartered in São Paulo, with branches in Rio de Janeiro, Juiz de Fora and Barbacena (Minas Gerais), the company has development teams in its four sites. It also acts in person in several of its clients and partners.

Ninety percent (90%)of our team is composed of technicians in the specialties of: software engineers, architects, analysts and programmers directly involved in systems development.

Its experience of more than one million hours in systems development is a great ally in choosing the best strategy to materialize technological alternatives into profit. The client base is made up of public and private companies of medium and large sizes, and includes large experience in diverse business sectors.

The search for new technologies has made Rerum one of the first Brazilian companies to use industrialization of components (software factory and projects), certification of software development processes- ISO/SEI-CMM, as well as provide object technology with emphasis on reuse and management of components in distributed architectures and corporate web.

The knowledge of the area, as well as capability and competence, has always been decisive to ensure our success in bids for executing highly critical projects and contracts with large companies. Rerum is the majority shareholder of BMA Brasil -BMA Software e Serviços para Gestão de Negócios Ltda -a company established in 2003tooffer the market remote management services through software in the commercial form of ASP-Application Service Provider. BMA is the company of the group which markets Rerum-owned products and its main product is SobControle Suite, composed of systems: SobControle Business Automation, a solution to manage individual or network stores; SobControle Farm, a solution to manage farms by web and mobile application; SobControle Electronic Timecard System, a mobile solution to manage the timecard system of teams that serve clients; and SobControle Field Services, a mobile solution that manages the activities of field teams.
